Overall Educational Objective

The impact of current developments in working life on labour law, and to ensure that students are informed of the realities of practice by examining controversial issues in labour law doctrine and case law.

In the context of the course, the current problems of the labour law will be examined

Ders kapsamında iş hukukunun güncel sorunları incelenecektir.

Course Learning Outcomes and Competences

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Can identify current problems in labour law.
2) Can relate the norms of labour law to current problems.
3) Evaluate the new regulations for the current problems of labour law.

7) An ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing at European Language Portfolio General Level B2.
8) An understanding of social and environmental aspects of legislative and jurisprudential measures and theories.
