Overall Educational Objective The aim of the course is to develop the students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills on the issues currently discussed in the doctrine and practice of consumer law.
Course Description This course aims to address current developments in consumer law from theoretical and practical aspects. For this purpose, the first part of this course aims to overview the general principles and concepts of consumer law. Students will then be asked to prepare papers on the subjects provided, in which they will assess current developments in consumer law in the light of scholarly opinions and court decisions.
Course Description in Turkish Teorik ve pratik açıdan tüketici hukukundaki güncel gelişmelerin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaçla, dersin ilk bölümünde tüketici hukukunun genel ilkeleri ve kavramları değerlendirilecektir. Dersin ikinci bölümünde ise öğrenciler tarafından doktrin ve yargı kararları ışığında belirlenen konularda hazırlanan ödev ve sunumlarla ilgili konulardaki güncel gelişmeler değerlendirilecektir.
