Overall Educational Objective Understands the types of state property and state property, internalizes the ways of obtaining and disposing of state property, evaluates the ways of state property management and control.
Course Description The concept and types of state property, public goods and information about the state's private property is given, the legal status of the state property is examined. The ways of acquiring state property qualification; purchasing, expropriation, nationalization issues are examined. Ways of losing state property qualification are examined. The institutions related to the management of state property, the ways of protecting state property and the specification of state property are explained. Inspection of state property, its types and institutions related to inspection are explained.
Course Description in Turkish Devlet malı kavramı ve türleri olan kamu malları (sahipsiz mallar, Orta malları, Hizmet malları) ve Devletin Özel mallarına yönelik bilgiler aktarılır, Devlet mallarının hukuksal durumu incelenir. Devlet malı niteliğinin kazanılması yolları olan; satın alma, kamulaştırma, devletleştirme konuları incelenir. Devlet malı niteliğinin kaybedilmesi yolları incelenir. Devlet mallarının yönetimi ile ilgili kuruluşlar ve Devlet mallarının korunması yolları ile devlet mallarının özgülenmesi anlatılır. Devlet mallarının denetimi, türleri ve denetim ile ilgili kuruluşlar anlatılır.
