Course Description | This course aims to guide the students during the process of conducting an economic research. Each student will select a research topic, conduct a literature review, organize data sources, perform a data analysis, and present his/her results both written and orally. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Formulate research questions; 2) Locate published research and summarize the economic literature on a particular topic; 3) Collect data, perform a data analysis, and interpret the results; 4) Demonstrate academic writing skills; 5) Exhibit presentation skills. |
