Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) To be able to analyze the relationship between constitutional principles and Turkish administrative law and the effects of these principles on administrative law. 2) Defines the constitutional principles that dominate the Turkish administrative organization and draws the organizational chart in the light of this information. 3) Compares central government and decentralized government organizations in terms of organization and functions. 4) Explain the types of decentralization organizations and the specific character of these types. 5) Explain the types of administrative activities and the powers and duties related to these types of activities. 6) Acquires the ability to use the knowledge on constitutional principles of administrative law, Turkish administrative organization and administrative activities while solving concrete disputes. |
