Overall Educational Objective Students will learn the general principles of corporate law.
Course Description General principles of corporate law, ordinary partnerships and types of business associations especially corporations with limited liability, an overview of the law of corporate groups

Course Learning Outcomes and Competences

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Understands the differences between personal and capital partnerships, determines which type of partnership would be more favorable in a given situation.
2) Learns the provisions related to each type of partnership/corporation.
3) Develops the ability to apply the rules of corporate law to the case in question.
4) Criticizes and analyzes judicial decisions related to corporate law.
5) Follows current developments and debates on corporate law.

11) Ability to formulate critical hypotheses based on psychological theory and literature, and design studies to test those hypotheses.
