Overall Educational Objective To teach the basic concepts of criminal procedure law and the functioning of criminal procedure law in practice.
Course Description Within this course, the procedure governing criminal trials, principles of prosecution and appeal procedures will be analyzed.
Course Description in Turkish Bu ders kapsamında, ceza muhakemesinin yürüyüşü, duruşmaya hakim olan ilkeler ve kanun yolları incelenecektir.

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Understand the basic concepts of criminal procedure law.
2) They gain the ability to solve concrete problems by utilizing them.
3) They can apply them to real life events.
4) They can produce solutions to problems by applying the concepts in question.

11) Ability to formulate critical hypotheses based on psychological theory and literature, and design studies to test those hypotheses.
