Overall Educational Objective | In this field where law and medical science intersect, to provide students with a general perspective on the collection, interpretation and use of important information in the detection of crimes and criminals. | ||||
Course Description | In the context of the course, gathering of documents and evidence, which is extremely important in terms of proof in criminal proceedings, interpretation, storage and assessment of those will be examined. | ||||

Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) To understand the place and importance of evidence in criminal procedure law 2) To understand the causes of death and injury and selects the physical evidence related to them. 3) Differentiate between suicide and forced death, and distinguish the evidence and physical findings that reveal the differences. 4) To determine the types of evidence and collection/evaluation of evidence, especially in sexual offences |
