Overall Educational Objective | Enabling the students to gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in how to find legal sources, how to use them and how to make a presentation and write an academic paper on legal issues. | ||||
Course Description | This course will generally prepare the students for doing academic research for their studies, evaluating the different sources, as well as using and quoting them in papers and presentations. Within the scope of the class, these techniques will be shown in theory and will be practiced together afterwards. | ||||
