Overall Educational Objective | With this course, students will learn the basic principles of women's human rights, gender equality and discrimination against women, national and international legislation, practices and current developments on these issues, and the connection between women's human rights and general human rights. | ||||
Course Description | This course covers basic principles of human rights of women, gender equality, discrimination against woman; national and international legislation, practice and developments thereof; the relationship between human rights of women and general human rights |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Learns the basic concepts of women's human rights. 2) To be able to reveal and discuss the content of national and international legal rules on women's human rights and to be able to answer text questions in this regard. 3) To be able to identify and apply the legal problems related to women's human rights at national and international level and the rules of law to be applied to them. 4) Evaluate and criticize the results of the application of the rules on women's human rights. |
