Overall Educational Objective | Learning the structural and functional characteristics of regulatory and supervisory agencies and discussing related cases. | ||||
Course Description | To cover the structural and functional characteristics of regulatory and supervisory authorities and to discuss the legal issues within related cases. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Düzenleyici ve denetleyici kurumların yapısal ve işlevsel özelliklerinin incelenmesi ve ilgili mahkeme kararlarında hukuki sorunların tartışılması. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Identifies the structural features of regulatory and supervisory institutions. 2) Explains the functional characteristics of regulatory and supervisory institutions. 3) Evaluates relevant court decisions. |
