Overall Educational Objective | Students will learn the key concepts relating to International Commercial and Sales Law and obtain an understanding of the major concepts and rules, international actors, and how international commercial and sales law is implemented and enforced. | ||||||||
Course Description | This course covers the sources of international commercial and sales law, Scope and application of the CISG, Contract formation, Financing in the international sale of goods, contract performance, remedies and damages, Private international law, electronic commerce, electronic communications, and dispute settlement. | ||||||||
