Overall Educational Objective Enabling the students to gain necessary knowledge regarding legislations and basic principles of legal professions such as advocates and the notary publics.
Course Description En çok uygulama alanı bulan arabuluculuk, uzlaştırma gibi alternatif uyuşmazlık çözüm yöntemlerinin avantajları ve dezavantajları hakkında temel bilgilerin edinilmesi. Aynı zamanda öğrencilere hukuki düzenlemeler hakkında temel bilgileri sağlayacak, avukatlık ve noterlik gibi hukuk mesleklerinin temel prensiplerini aktaracaktır.
Course Description in Turkish The course will provide the basic knowledge about the advantages and disadvantages of most common alternative dispute resolutions such as mediation, conciliation etc. It will also enable the students to gain necessary knowledge regarding legislations and basic principles of legal professions such as advocates and notary publics.

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:

3) Upon successful completion of the course, students are expected to 3. Identify the situations that require legal, criminal and disciplinary responsibilities of lawyers and notaries.

11) Ability to formulate critical hypotheses based on psychological theory and literature, and design studies to test those hypotheses.
