Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Knows the basic concepts of consumer law 2) Understands the general terms and conditions and the principles of their audit 3) Applies the alternative rights of the consumer who is provided with defective goods or services before both the consumer arbitration committee and the consumer courts and the application procedures related to them |
