Overall Educational Objective This course introduces students to the concepts of co-ownership, joint ownership, condominium and timeshare.
Course Description This course aims to provide an in depth analysis of and review the relationship between co-ownership, joint ownership, condominiums and timeshares.
Course Description in Turkish Dersin amacı paylı mülkiyet, elbirliği mülkiyeti, kat mülkiyeti ve devremülk kavramlarının detaylı ve birbirleri ile karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmesidir.

Course Learning Outcomes and Competences

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Knows the basic concepts of collective ownership.
2) Identifies and discusses the content of the legal rules related to co-ownership, joint ownership, condominium, timeshare, and solve problems.
3) Identifies the legal problems related to co-ownership, joint ownership, condominium and timeshare, and applies the relevant legal rules.
4) Evaluates and critiques the results of the application of the rules of the different types of collective property.

8) Skills to communicate the knowledge of psychological science effectively, in a variety of formats, in both Turkish and in English (in English, at least CEFR B2 level).
9) Recognition, understanding, and respect for the complexity of sociocultural and international diversity.
10) Recognition for the need for, and the skills to pursue, lifelong learning, inquiry, and self-improvement.
11) Ability to formulate critical hypotheses based on psychological theory and literature, and design studies to test those hypotheses.
12) Ability to acquire knowledge independently, and to plan one’s own learning.
13) Demonstration of advanced competence in the clarity and composition of written work and presentations.
