Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Knows the international texts that regulate international sales. 2) Understands the basic customs and taxation principles in import and export transactions. 3) Understands the passing of risk according to the different possibilities in the process from the conclusion of the contract to the realization of the delivery. |
