Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Draw a diagram of the Turkish administrative judiciary. 2) Identify the limits of judicial review. 3) Explain the judicial remedies available in administrative cases. 4) Distinguish between the different grounds for judicial review. |
