Overall Educational Objective To provide information on the purpose, function, philosophy, rights of convicts and prisoners, supervision of the prison administration.
Course Description İnfaz hukukunun temel kavramları, amacı, infaz kurumunun hükümlü üzerindeki olumsuz etkileri, hükümlünün hakları ve yükümlülükleri, koşullu salıverilme, özel infaz şekilleri ve infazın denetlenmesi.

Course Learning Outcomes and Competences

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Understand the basic concepts of enforcement law
2) Understand the purpose of the death penalty and the importance of reintegrating prisoners into society
3) Understand the rights and responsibilities of prisoners
4) To understand how the execution of imprisonment and fines, which are binding penalties for freedom, are carried out.
