Overall Educational Objective To gain the ability to resolve fundamental rights disputes through Individual Application.
Course Description Ders kapsamında, insan hakları hukukunun güncel sorunları incelenecektir.

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Understanding the dogmatics of fundamental rights
2) To learn the admissibility conditions for individual application
3) Resolving fundamental rights disputes through individual application
4) To discuss the regime of freedoms with objective legal methods
