Overall Educational Objective Analysis and discussion of legislation and practices on legal issues related to international commercial business and its functioning
Course Description International Commercial Law, which deals with issues such as contracts between foreign traders, companies and even states, import and export rules, logistics rules, delivery methods, payment methods, customs tariffs, competition rules, resolution of legal disputes arising from trade between foreign nationals, has a certain standard with the contribution of international organizations. Within the scope of the course, information will be given about all the subjects mentioned, and solutions will be discussed through sample disputes.

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) To have knowledge about the basic concepts and institutions of international trade
2) To be able to foresee the functioning of international trade and the problems to be encountered
3) To have knowledge about the solution methods of legal problems encountered in international trade transactions
4) Ability to negotiate and reason about the economic, commercial and legal aspects of international trade
