Overall Educational Objective Students will develop their theoretical knowledge and practical skills on the issues currently discussed in the doctrine and practice of joint stock company law.
Course Description Recent Developments in the Law of Joint Stock Companies from theoretical and practical perspectives.

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Knows the general principles of joint stock company law.
2) Understands the current debates in the literature on joint stock company law, forms and express their own opinions.
3) Follows the judicial decisions in the field of joint stock company law.
4) Follows comparative law in the field of joint stock company law.
