Overall Educational Objective By the end of this course, students will have acquired a basic knowledge in the field of public finance and tax law.
Course Description Determination of the nature of public receivables, ways of protection, payment, enforcement and termination of public receivables

Course Learning Outcomes and Competences

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Identifies which receivables of the State are public receivables
2) Knows the ways to protect public receivables
3) Knows the ways of payment of public receivables
4) Knows the sanctions for late payment of public receivables
5) Knows the forced collection methods of public receivables
6) Knows the cases of termination of public receivables other than payment and forced collection
