Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Learn the principles of tenancy law. 2) Knows the basic rules of contract law in this field. 3) Discusses current issues relating to tenancy disputes. 4) Knows the main lines of the practice of the Court of Cassation. |
