Overall Educational Objective To provide an understanding of the basic concepts and rules of lease law, the main problems that arise, and the basic debates about these problems.
Course Description Current issues regarding lease law.

Course Learning Outcomes and Competences

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Learn the principles of tenancy law.
2) Knows the basic rules of contract law in this field.
3) Discusses current issues relating to tenancy disputes.
4) Knows the main lines of the practice of the Court of Cassation.
