Overall Educational Objective | To improve one’s knowledge and analytical skills through readings in economic development and exposure to current policy problems. | ||||
Course Description | The major objective of this course is to improve the knowledge and analytical skills of students through readings in history of economic development and engagement in policy problems such as income inequality and financial instability. This course also aims to develop students’ writing, presentation, and critical thinking skills through classroom debates and presentations, and the term paper. | ||||
