Course Description | This course is designed to help students understand the inner workings of their minds, how to set goals and motivate themselves towards them, how to understand people around them and build better relationships and how to use simple but effective techniques to help themselves and build a happy, healthy and successful life. | |||||
Course Description in Turkish | Bu ders öğrencilerin zihinlerinin nasıl çalıştığını, nasıl hedef belirleyeceklerini ve bu hedefe yönelik kendilerini nasıl motive edeceklerini, etraflarındaki insanları nasıl daha iyi anlayabileceklerini ve nasıl daha iyi ilişki kurabileceklerini, basit fakat etkili tekniklerle kendilerine nasıl yardım edebileceklerini ve mutlu, sağlıklı ve başarılı bir hayatı nasıl kurabilecekleri konularında yardımcı olmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. |
