Course Description |
The course covers the new luxury & wellness design trends, their correlations and the new global design strategies. The course will be carried out by discussion, research and presentation. In the first weeks, students will be presented premises of luxury and wellness trends, how they are changing with the impact of global awareness on wellness & wellbeing. This will be followed by example projects from around the world, in hospitality, spa and retreat centers, food and beverage and experience design fields. In the last weeks, they will be expected to understand & analyze the main aspects and develop a prospective narration in one selected field and present during class hours. Last week of the course will be carried out by an overall discussion.

Bu ders yeni lüks ve sağlık tasarım akımları, birbirleriyle bağlantıları ve yeni global tasarım stratejilerini içermektedir. Ders tartışma, araştırma ve sunum ile ilerletilecektir. İlk haftalarda öğrencilere lüks ve sağlık akımlarına dair ana maddeler aktarılacak, bunların sağlık ve iyi olma üzerine yaşanan global farkındalık ile nasıl dönüştüğü işlenecektir. Devamındaki haftalarda konaklama, spa ve sağlık rehabilite merkezleri, yeme içme ve mağaza tasarımı üzerinden dünyadaki örnekleri değerlendirilecektir. Son haftalarda bu veriler ışığında geleceğe ait bir anlatı geliştirmeleri ve ders saatleri içerisinde bunu sunmaları beklenecektir. Son hafta tümsel bir tartışma ile süreç tamamlanacaktır. |
