Overall Educational Objective | To learn the basic typologies of leadership through the analysis of real-life cases | ||||
Course Description | In this course, theoretical knowledge related to leadership will primarily be transformed into concrete lessons through field studies. The case studies to be covered will focus on three types of leaders: revolutionary leaders, wartime leaders, and crisis management leaders. The selected leaders will be evaluated under the headings of their objectives, the strategies they implemented, and the results they achieved. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) understand different leadership typologies; 2) analyze how leaders behave under challenging situations; 3) differentiate between different leadership styles; 4) develop his/her personal leadership style. |
