Overall Educational Objective To learn the basic typologies of leadership through the analysis of real-life cases
Course Description In this course, theoretical knowledge related to leadership will primarily be transformed into concrete lessons through field studies. The case studies to be covered will focus on three types of leaders: revolutionary leaders, wartime leaders, and crisis management leaders. The selected leaders will be evaluated under the headings of their objectives, the strategies they implemented, and the results they achieved.

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) understand different leadership typologies;
2) analyze how leaders behave under challenging situations;
3) differentiate between different leadership styles;
4) develop his/her personal leadership style.
