Course Description in Turkish | Bu derste temel olarak, liderlik konusuna ilişkin teorik bilgiler saha çalışmaları ile somut derslere dönüştürülmeye çalışılacaktır. İşlenecek vaka çalışmalarında üç tip lider üzerinde durulacaktır. Bunlar: Devrimci liderler, savaş dönemi liderleri ve kriz yönetimi liderleri. Seçilecek liderler; amaçları, uyguladıkları stratejiler ve elde ettikleri sonuçlar başlıkları altında değerlendirilecektir. |
