Overall Educational Objective
Course Description This course covers the basic principles, tools and techniques of project management. In addition to the basic concepts of project management, students will be able to learn the techniques that will enable project planning and control, and develop their leadership skills. In the course, taking action, planning, executing and finalizing, which are the basic stages of projects, are examined within the framework of the systems approach.
Course Description in Turkish Bu ders, proje yönetimine ilişkin temel ilkeleri, araçları ve teknikleri içermektedir. Proje yönetimine ilişkin temel kavramların yanı sıra, öğrenciler, proje planlamasını ve kontrolünü sağlayacak teknikleri de öğrenebilecek ve liderlik becerilerini geliştirebilecektir. Derste, projelerin temel aşamalarını oluşturan harekete geçme, planlama, yürütme ve sonuçlandırma, sistem yaklaşımı çerçevesinde incelenmektedir.
