Ders kapsamında, insan hakları hukukunun güncel sorunları incelenecektir.

Course Description in Turkish

In the context of the course, the current problems of the human rights law will be examined.

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Understanding the dogmatics of fundamental rights
2) To learn the admissibility conditions for individual application
3) Resolving fundamental rights disputes through individual application
4) To discuss the regime of freedoms with objective legal methods
