Course Description | In today’s demanding workplace, managers are constantly challenged to find new and innovative ways to involve and motivate employees and affect positive change that improves the company’s bottom line. This course focuses on the practical skills professionals need to develop and maintain to lead others and be an agent of change, in our new normal as well. This program begins by teaching participants the fundamentals of leadership and continues by teaching participants valuable skills in communication, strategy building, organization design, cross cultural management and analyzing case studies with real world stories. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Günümüzün talepkâr ve rekabetçi işyerlerinde yöneticiler, çalışanları motive ederek süreçlere dahil etmek ve şirketlerin karlılığını iyileştiren olumlu değişimi etkilemek için sürekli yeni ve yenilikçi yollar bulmaya gayret göstermektedirler. Bu kurs, profesyonellerin yeni koşullarda liderlik etmek ve değişimin temsilcisi olmak için geliştirmeleri ve sürdürmeleri gereken pratik becerilere odaklanmaktadır. Bu program, katılımcılara liderliğin temellerini öğreterek başlar ve katılımcılara iletişim, strateji oluşturma, organizasyon tasarımı, kültürler arası yönetim ve gerçek dünya hikayeleriyle vaka çalışmalarını analiz etme konularında değerli beceriler öğreterek devam eder. |
