Overall Educational Objective The aim of the course is to transfer the knowledge, experience and experience of the supervisor faculty member in the scientific field, to provide the students with the ability to follow, evaluate and discuss the current literature and new developments related to the thesis topics, scientific ethics and work discipline.
Course Description The student at the dissertation stage manages the dissertation process by following scientific ethics and working methods with his/her supervisor. The current literature on the thesis topic is followed and discussed, the thesis plan and its content and scope are evaluated. The thesis is worked on until the student is ready to defend the thesis.
Course Description in Turkish Tez aşamasında olan öğrenci, danışmanı ile bilimsel etik ve bilimsel çalışma yöntemlerini takip ederek tez sürecini yönetir. Tez konusu ile ilgili güncel literatür takip edilir ve tartışılır, tez planı ve içeriği ile kapsamı değerlendirilir. Öğrencinin tezinin savunulacak duruma gelmesine kadar tez üzerinde çalışılır.

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) To be able to interpret, develop and use the knowledge acquired in the field of private law and thesis at the level of expertise.
2) To be able to need information and to be able to reach the information
3) To be able to synthesise, analyse and interpret the information collected about the thesis subject.
4) To be able to collect, evaluate and publish the data related to the thesis topic and to observe scientific and ethical values in the stages.
5) To be able to construct, develop, apply and evaluate the results of a method to solve a problem in the thesis topic.
6) To be able to solve the problems encountered in thesis applications by using research methods, developing new approaches and taking responsibility.
7) To be able to transfer the current developments in the thesis subject and his/her own studies in written, oral and visual ways.
