Overall Educational Objective Analysis of some issues related to medical law with a foreign element based on legislation and case law, interpretation according to the basic principles of law in the absence of provisions
Course Description Determination of the legal relationship, legal problems and relevant legislation between patients, healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions and relevant administrative units; determination of dispute resolution methods and applicable law; enforcement of foreign court decisions regarding malpractice; and some specific issues in international medical law will be examined in this course.
Course Description in Turkish Dersin kapsamında; yabancılık unsur içeren hasta-sağlık personeli-sağlık kuruluşu ve ilgili idari birimler arasındaki hukuki ilişkinin, hukuksal sorunların ve ilgili mevzuatların belirlenmesi, uyuşmazlıkların çözüm yöntemlerinin ve uygulanacak ülke hukukunun tespiti; yabancı malpraktis ve diğer ilgili mahkeme kararlarının Türkiye’de tenfizi, milletlerarası tıp hukukunda özellik arz eden bazı konular yer alacaktır.
