Overall Educational Objective | To teach the basic concepts of criminal procedure law and the functioning of criminal procedure law in practice. | ||||
Course Description | In the Criminal Procedure Law course, general and constitutional principles governing criminal procedure law, the role of human rights in criminal procedure systems, the structure of Turkish criminal courts, the main actors participating in criminal procedure law, rules of investigation process and measures of protection of evidence will be dealt with. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Ceza Muhakemesi Hukuku dersi kapsamında, ceza muhakemesi hukukuna hâkim olan genel ve Anayasal ilkeler, ceza muhakemesi hukukunda insan haklarının rolü, Türk ceza yargılaması teşkilatı, ceza yargılamasına katılan belli başlı kişiler, soruşturmaya ilişkin kurallar ve koruma tedbirleri üzerinde durulacaktır. |
