Overall Educational Objective | Students will be able to master the basic concepts of maritime law and the general principles of maritime commercial contracts. | ||||

Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Understands the subject of maritime commercial law. 2) Knows the ship and related concepts, recognizes the ship registry. 3) Have general information about the provisions of maritime commercial contracts and comprehend the responsibility of the carrier. 4) Distinguishes maritime trade contracts. 5) Knows the concepts and application of stowage and general average. |
