Overall Educational Objective | To master the basic principles of collective labour law and social security law and to produce solutions to current problems in these areas. | ||||
Course Description | This course aims to enable students to learn Collective Labour Law and Social Security Law. In that respect, subjects such as unions and strikes, collective bargaining agreements, the concept of social security, types of social security will be examined in detail. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Derste Toplu İş Hukuku ve Sosyal Güvenlik Hukukunu öğrenmelerini sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda sendika ve grevler, toplu iş sözleşmeleri, sosyal güvenlik kavramı, sosyal güvenlik türleri gibi konular ayrıntılı olarak incelenecektir. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) To determine the application area of collective labour law. 2) To know the provisions applied to collective labour agreements. 3) To recognise contemporary principles and trends in social security law. 4) To distinguishe the types of social insurance. |
