Overall Educational Objective | To create a basic legal information base that forms the framework of property and development law rights in the field of construction. | |||||||
Course Description | Land registry, zonning processes, hierarchy of zonning plans, certifications related to construction, constraction contracts, contract of construction in return for land share, build-operate-transfer contract models, certification of habitation and conversion to the condominium property (flat ownership). |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Gains general information about the characteristics of real estate property. 2) Understands the meaning and legal value of cadastre and the process of recording cadastral parcels in the land registry. 3) Learns the process of transforming cadastral parcels into zoning parcels. 4) In this context, students gain information about planning levels, spatial strategic plans, regional plans, environmental plans, master zoning plans and implementation zoning plans, improvement zoning plans, conservation plans and their derivatives. Have knowledge about the hierarchy of plans. 5) Gains knowledge about contracts such as construction contracts applied for the realization of constructions, construction contracts in return for land share, build-operate-transfer contracts and their derivatives, and gains the ability to draw up sample contracts. 6) Learns the construction permit, foundation permit, occupancy permit (building permit) processes. 7) Learns the building control system. 8) Gains information about the transition process to condominium ownership. |
