Overall Educational Objective To learn roles and techniques of business consultants to approach contemporary business challenges.
Course Description Familiarize and encourage course attendees to use processes, techniques, tools and behavior consultants employ in both solving problems and realizing opportunities in today’s challenging business environment.
Course Description in Turkish Günümüzün güçlü rekabet koşullarında danışmanların hem sorunları çözmede, hem de fırsatları yakalamada kullandıkları süreç, teknik, araç ve davranışları katılımcılara tanıtmak ve bunları kullanmak konusunda cesaretlendirmek.

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) assess his/her desire for a consulting career
2) understand various consulting tools and techniques and their areas of application
3) use consulting techniques to solve real life problems
4) identify effective consulting skills and behavior.
