Overall Educational Objective An educator in the field must identify a problem related to education and training that he encounters in his practice by scanning the literature about components that may be related to the problem. 1) Designing a research design to understand the problem and collecting, analyzing and making inferences of data, 2) Designing or adapting an application that he thinks will be a solution to the problem, applying it, collecting data, analyzing it and making inferences based on the results. The results of this research can provide information about the intended application and can also be used to create an action plan in the next step. The issues/areas that educators focus on can be individual as they are always situation specific. However, identifying or solving the problem may require more than one partner, so it is normal to work as a group.
Course Description 'Action Research': It is a research method based on teacher/administrator practice, which envisages identifying an observed problem, developing an action plan to solve the problem, and drawing evidence-based conclusions by collecting evidence. It is widely used in America.
