| Overall Educational Objective | The aim of the course is to present and comparatively evaluate the methods required for the three basic stages of planning, programming and control. | ||||
| Course Description | Project life cycle. Basic principles of construction planning and programming. S-curves and time-cost relationship. Multi-criteria decision-making methods. Cost estimation methods and stages, cost control. Basic engineering economics. Risk identification, evaluation and control of risk. | ||||
| Course Description in Turkish | Proje yaşam döngüsü. İnşaat planlama ve programlamanın temel ilkeleri. S-eğrileri ve zaman-maliyet ilişkisi. Çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri. Maliyet tahmin yöntemleri ve aşamaları, maliyet kontrolü. Temel mühendislik ekonomisi. Riskin tanımlanması, değerlendirilmesi ve riskin kontrolü. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) İleri düzeyde inşaat maliyeti hesaplama yöntemleri bilgisini kazanır. 2) Çok boyutlu karar verme yöntemlerini kullanma yetkinliğine erişir. 3) Bir projeyi analiz ve modelleme yöntemleri ile bunların kısıtları hakkında kapsamlı bilgiye sahip olur 4) Proje seçimi, değerlendirilmesi ve kontrolü için kapsamlı bilgiyi kazanır. |
