Overall Educational Objective The aim of this course is to demonstrate to students how capital markets function both in theory and in practice.
Course Description This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive perspective covering the fundamental concepts and functioning of capital markets. Within the scope of the course, students will have the opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge on financial markets, the process of capital formation, various types of markets, financial institutions, instruments in capital markets, money and capital markets, Islamic finance markets and instruments, securitization, general market definitions and explanations, precious metals market, equity markets, derivative markets, and the bond market.
Course Description in Turkish Bu ders, öğrencilere sermaye piyasalarının temel kavramlarını ve işleyişini kapsayan geniş bir perspektif sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Ders kapsamında öğrenciler finansal piyasalara, sermaye oluşum sürecine, farklı piyasa türlerine, finansal kurumlara, sermaye piyasalarındaki araçlara, para ve sermaye piyasalarına, İslami finans piyasası ve enstrümanlarına, menkul kıymetleştirmeye, genel piyasa tanımlarına ve açıklamalarına, kıymetli madenler piyasasına, pay piyasalarına, türev piyasalara ve borçlanma araçları piyasasına dair kapsamlı bir bilgi edinme fırsatı bulacaklardır.
