| Course Description in Turkish | Bu derste temel olarak, liderlik konusuna ilişkin teorik bilgiler saha çalışmaları ile somut derslere dönüştürülmeye çalışılacaktır. İşlenecek vaka çalışmalarında üç tip lider üzerinde durulacaktır. Bunlar: Devrimci liderler, savaş dönemi liderleri ve kriz yönetimi liderleri. Seçilecek liderler; amaçları, uyguladıkları stratejiler ve elde ettikleri sonuçlar başlıkları altında değerlendirilecektir. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) 1. understand different leadership typologies; 2) 2. analyze how leaders behave under challenging situations; 3) 3. differentiate between different leadership styles; 4) 4. develop his/her personal leadership style. |
