Overall Educational Objective To become familiar with critical psychological concepts which are dealt with in organizations on daily basis, to intellectually question and understand the reality of work life.
Course Description This course is an advanced course on readings and research in contemporary concepts in industrial and organizational psychology. It will prepare students to grasp the essence of conducting research in business environment, to get the know the measure to be used with working samples, and to analyze the data gathered from those samples.
Course Description in Turkish Bu ders, endüstri ve örgüt psikolojisindeki çağdaş kavramlardaki okuma ve araştırma üzerine ileri bir derstir. Öğrencileri, iş ortamında araştırma yapmanın özünü kavramaya, çalışanlardan oluşan örneklerde örnekleriyle kullanılan ölçme araçlarını tanımaya ve bu örneklemlerden toplanan verileri analiz etmeye hazırlayacaktır.
