Course Learning Outcomes and Competences
Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Bir organizasyonun yönetilmesinde bütünsel ve bütünleşik bir yaklaşım kullanarak genel müdürün firma hakkındaki görüşünü anlamak
2) Bir iş durumunu analiz ederken iş programında (özellikle işin özünde) edinilen bilgi ve becerileri göstermek
3) Aşağıdaki unsurları içeren stratejik bir çerçeve kullanarak iş sorunlarını belirleyin:
A. Strateji,
B. Çevre,
C. Organizasyonel kaynaklar, yetenekler ve yönetsel tercihler,
D. Stratejik uyum, rekabet avantajı, uygulama ve organizasyonel performans.
4) Organizasyonel performansı artırmak amacıyla fonksiyonel alanların firma performansını etkilemek ve fonksiyonel alanlar arasında daha iyi entegrasyon sağlayan kararlar almak için nasıl etkileşimde bulunduğunu açıklamak
5) Organizasyonel sorunlara (akran değerlendirmeleriyle kanıtlanan) spesifik, stratejik çözümler geliştirmek ve önermek için akranlarla etkili bir şekilde çalışmak
